Artist Agency GmbH is an internationally operating concert promoter. Based in Berlin, A.C.T. Artist Agency GmbH secures, in co-operation with DEAG Deutsche Entertainment AG, the local partners and sponsors, the organization, execution, control and settlement of concert tours, poetry festivals, reading tours and many other events.<\/p>\n<p>A.C.T. Artist Agency GmbH stands out because of the longstanding professional experience (more than 50 years) of our former Managing Director Hermjo Klein in concert and tour management. First meeting and beginning of a close friendship with Fritz Rau.<\/li>\n<li>At the age of 19, Abitur (school leaving examination) at the humanist Gymnasium (high school) Karlsruhe.<\/li>\n<li>Then studies of painting with Prof. Sonderborg in Stuttgart, Joseph Beuys and visit to Salvador Dali in Spain.<\/li>\n<li>During the semester vacation, he acted time and again as a tour manager for many different tours of Lippmann &amp; Rau.<\/li>\n<li>After 1970, following a burglary in his studio and the theft of all works, discontinuation of his studies and permanent employment with Lippmann &amp; Rau. In charge of planning and implementing tours.<\/li>\n<li>1979\/80 Head of contents \/ artistic transformation of the BMW Museum in Munich.<\/li>\n<li>1982 Partner of Fritz Rau.<\/li>\n<li>After 20 years of co-operation with Fritz Rau, separation on excellent terms in 1986.<\/li>\n<li>Together with Ossi Hoppe, foundation of Shooter &amp; Klein.<\/li>\n<li>Through several detours he finally came to Hamburg in 1991 and via Hamburg back to Frankfurt am Main. Since May 29, 2004 happy as a husband; in 2013 moving to the home city of his wife, Dresden. The moving to the capital city Berlin and the premises of DEAG Deutschen Entertainment AG followed in 2016.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>From 1994, acting as sole owner and without partner at Hermjo Klein Veranstaltungen GmbH and ACE GmbH; from the end of 2010 to the end of 2023, Managing Director of A.C.T. Artist Agency GmbH as a partner of DEAG AG.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Tours with Sch\u00fcrzenj\u00e4ger, Tom Jones, Harry Belafonte, Al Jarreau, Johnny Cash, Joan Armatrading, TOTO, Engelbert, Festival Flamenco Gitano, Rolling Stones, Riverdance, Udo Lindenberg, Diana Krall, Josh Groban, Nana Mouskouri, Prince, Cliff Richard, James Brown, Perpetuum Jazzile, Marc Marshall, Al Bano &amp; Romina Power, Liza Minnelli, Riverdance, Heartbeat of Home and many others.<\/li>\n<li>He also recently\u00a0 orgnizes exhibitions such as The Art of the Brick, Harry Potter and more.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hermjo Klein does not only see himself as a tour promoter but also as a producer of stage shows. Erstes Zusammentreffen und Beginn einer engen Freundschaft mit Fritz Rau.<\/li>\r\n<li>Mit 19 Jahren Abitur am humanistischen Gymnasium Karlsruhe.<\/li>\r\n<li>Danach Malereistudium bei Prof. Sonderborg in Stuttgart, Joseph Beuys und Besuch bei Salvador Dali in Spanien.<\/li>\r\n<li>W\u00e4hrend der Semesterferien immer wieder T\u00e4tigkeit als Tourneeleiter der verschiedensten Tourneen f\u00fcr Lippmann & Rau.<\/li>\r\n<li>Nach 1970, nach Einbruch ins Atelier und Diebstahl aller Arbeiten, Aufgabe des Studiums und Festeinstellung bei Lippmann & Rau. Hier mit der Planung und Durchf\u00fchrung der Tourneen betraut.<\/li>\r\n<li>1979\/80 Leitung des inhaltlichen\/k\u00fcnstlerischen Umbaus des BMW-Museums in M\u00fcnchen.<\/li>\r\n<li>1982 Partner von Fritz Rau.<\/li>\r\n<li>1986, nach 20-j\u00e4hriger Zusammenarbeit mit Fritz Rau, Trennung im besten Einvernehmen.<\/li>\r\n<li>Zusammen mit Ossi Hoppe Gr\u00fcndung der Firma Shooter & Klein.<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00dcber mehrere Umwege f\u00fchrte der Weg schlie\u00dflich 1991 nach Hamburg und \u00fcber Hamburg wieder zur\u00fcck nach Frankfurt am Main. Seit 29. Mai 2004 happy & gl\u00fccklich als Ehemann, 2013 dann der Umzug in die Heimat seiner Frau, Dresden. Der Umzug in die Hauptstadt, Berlin, und die R\u00e4umlichkeiten der DEAG Deutschen Entertainment AG folgte 2016.<\/li>\r\n<li>Ab 1994 als alleiniger Inhaber und ohne Partner in Hermjo Klein Veranstaltungen GmbH bzw. in ACE GmbH t\u00e4tig, seit Ende 2010 Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der A.C.T. Artist Agency GmbH als Partner der DEAG AG.
